I have been a licensed massage
therapist since 1994, practicing an array of techniques from Swedish to sports.

I have been a licensed massage
therapist since 1994, practicing an array of techniques from Swedish to sports. I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology - Exercise Science in 2007 from Cal State Northridge. I have continued my education with Restorative Exercise & spinal alignment classes, I have received my certification as a Pilates instructor in June 2023, always striving to continue my education to better help my clients & expand my knowledge. Assisted stretching can help you to reach your goals.
